The location was acceptable. It was close to many shops.
the lighting in the room was inadequate. the carpet was detaching from the floor, i noticed this immediately. also, the bed canopy fitting was coming loose from the wall, a safety concern.
i found the staff very kind! they upgraded my room because i had to wait a bit. the location is amazing, close to the subway and central areas. the decor is beautiful and i really loved the bathroom design.
The lighting in my room could have been better. It was a little dim. the carpet also seemed a bit loose in one area, but that was a minor issue.

i walked easily to markets and the seoul tower cable car. windows open in the room, and water was provided daily. i got a bigger room with the baby (i was very grateful for this!).
i found that the hotel requested a very large cash deposit (it was quite exorbitant). i had already paid the full stay with my credit card. there seemed to be no reason to request such a large deposit.

The location was convenient. Many attractions were within a reasonable walking distance.
The room I stayed in had some maintenance issues. The carpet was coming away from the floor and that was disappointing.
The lounge access was a highlight. I found both Korean and international food options there. The bar on the top floor had great drink options. Staff were friendly and ready to help with recommendations.
I noticed a bit of dust in the room.
