subway access airport bus bigger room bright suite
the location was excellent. the subway was a minute away, and the airport bus was just three minutes. we received a bigger room. the suite was very bright.
the rooms are slightly too dark in the evening.

charming escape
beautiful decor amazing location kind staff upgraded room
i found the staff very kind! they upgraded my room because i had to wait a bit. the location is amazing, close to the subway and central areas. the decor is beautiful and i really loved the bathroom design.
The lighting in my room could have been better. It was a little dim. the carpet also seemed a bit loose in one area, but that was a minor issue.

really good stay in a stylish hotel
subway station daily water bigger room
the hotel is very close to a subway station with a lift. i walked easily to markets and the seoul tower cable car. windows open in the room, and water was provided daily. i got a bigger room with the baby (i was very grateful for this!).
i found that the hotel requested a very large cash deposit (it was quite exorbitant). i had already paid the full stay with my credit card. there seemed to be no reason to request such a large deposit.

the spacious rooms include nice touches that elevate the space, yet retain a homey feeling. i had a roll-top bath and very comfortable bed. technology is easily accessible throughout the rooms.

the breakfast had enough variety for my needs (especially since the staff was very friendly!). happy hour was also a very pleasant experience. the hotel's rose scent might be strong for some, but it did not bother me.

Our room was spacious. I felt very spoiled, and the room was stylish. The hotel's decor, from reception to our room, was eloquently designed! I particularly enjoyed the boutique lounge happy hour. The wines and food tasted great. The staff gave helpful local recommendations.
The carpet in the room was coming away from the floor, though the rest of the stay was great.

The location was convenient. Many attractions were within a reasonable walking distance.
The room I stayed in had some maintenance issues. The carpet was coming away from the floor and that was disappointing.

The lounge access was a highlight. I found both Korean and international food options there. The bar on the top floor had great drink options. Staff were friendly and ready to help with recommendations.
